How to connect a PowerHawk meter to a laptop?

To connect to the meter, the ethernet adaptor settings on the laptop need to be configured to the same subnet as the meter.

This allows you to download the existing meter configuration into the Configuration Tool, which you can then edit as required, before sending the modified configuration back to the meter.
