Host address keeps locking onto FTPS even when manually changed to FTP connection.

As the GATEWAY meter is now a secure meter, we require the Primary Reporting site to use FTPS for communications.

Only sites with an FTPS Certificate can upload configuration changes to GATEWAY meters.
This is why the Update Data Path filed is disabled when FTP is selected as the communications protocol.

You will need to enter your FTP credentials in a 2nd Reporting configuration, select FTP and tick the Report Enabled check box.
