Why is the meter not turning on after a power outage?

First step is to check if the meter is powering up properly:

• With the meter powered off, remove the fuse cover and check for continuity in the fuse. If none, replace one with the correct specifications as seen below:

• With the power on, check the voltage of each phase of the sense voltage terminal block (ie. Neutral to A, B, and C).
• Check to confirm if the meter is using the control voltage terminal block or the control voltage jumper, based on your meter specification.
• Confirm if the meter is properly grounded.
• Check the breaker feeding power to the meter to confirm it's in working condition.
