Please follow the instructions below on how to use the Firmware downloader tool.
- Connect your laptop to the meter via an ethernet cable.
- Unpack the ".zip" folder and open the application file named "FwmDownloader".
- Select "Refresh" to populate the table with the discoverable meter.
- Under the "Firmware to load" column, select the "..." at the end and find the ".hex" file with the latest firmware load.
- Once you're ready, select "Upload" and wait for the firmware to update.
